10. Most Sixes in an ODI innings – During the seventh ODI of Australia’s tour of India in 2013 at Bengaluru, Rohit Sharma scored his fourth ODI century, 209 (158), with the help of 12 fours and 16 sixes. He scored the maximum number of sixes in that monumental innings. Later, AB de Villiers and Chris Gayle also scored the same number of sixes in an ODI innings.

9. Most ODI runs in a calendar year – During the calendar year 1998, Sachin Tendulkar scored 1,894 runs in 34 matches at an average of 65.31 and a strike rate of 102.15. He scored nine centuries and seven half-centuries in that year. The next on the list is Sourav Ganguly, who scored 1,767 runs in 41 matches in 1999.

8. Most 50+ scores in ODIs – Throughout his ODI career, Sachin Tendulkar scored 49 centuries and 96 half-centuries. A combined 145 50+ scores in ODI cricket is an unmatched record as of now. The next on the list is Kumar Sangakkara, who has scored a combined 118 (25 centuries and 93 half-centuries) 50+ scores in ODI cricket.
7. Most 50+ scores in Tests – Throughout his ODI career, Sachin Tendulkar scored 51 centuries and 68 half-centuries. A combined 119 50+ scores in Test cricket is an unmatched record as of now. The next on the list is Jacques Kallis, who has scored a combined 103 (45 centuries and 58 half-centuries) 50+ scores in Test cricket.
6. Highest partnership for the fourth wicket in ODIs – During the fifth match of the Pepsi Triangular series between India and Zimbabwe in 1998 at Cuttack, Ajay Jadeja (116*) and Mohammad Azharuddin (153*) stitched a 275-run partnership to rescue India from 3-26 to 3-301 in 50 overs. The record is still intact in ODIs.
5. Most Stumping Dismissals in ODIs – Mahendra Singh Dhoni, former Indian captain and current wicket-keeper batsman, has affected 107 stumping dismissals in ODI cricket, the most by any wicket-keeper in the world. The next name on the list is Kumar Sangakkara, who has affected 99 stumping dismissals in ODIs.

4. Most catches in Test career – Rahul Dravid is considered as one of the safest fielders to have played the game of cricket. In the 164 Test matches that he played for India, he grabbed a total of 210 catches, most by any fielder in Test cricket.

3. Most runs in Test career – In his 200-match Test career, Sachin Tendulkar scored a whopping 15,921 runs at an average of 53.78. He has scored 51 centuries and 68 half-centuries in the same format. The next on the list is Ricky Ponting, who has scored 13,378 runs in 168 matches.

2. Most runs in ODIs – In his 463-match ODI career, Sachin Tendulkar scored a monumental 18,426 runs at an average of 44.83 and a strike rate of 86.23.
1. Highest individual score in ODIs – In which was an unthinkable innings, Rohit Sharma scored 264 (173) with the help of 33 fours and nine sixes against Sri Lanka in 2014 at Kolkata. Teams fail to score these many runs in an ODI match, but Sharma scored them individually, which speaks a lot about his innings.
