Jhulan Goswami is one of the best bowlers in the circuit right now. It is not an easy task for the batters to face her. She is fast and also has good bounce because of her action and height. The right-arm pacer was the fastest bowler in the women cricket circuit after Cathryn Fitzpatrick retired. She can bowl regularly at 120 kph and has created a lot of troubles for the opposition as well.
However, Jhulan Goswami announced her retirement from the shortest format of the game in 2018 and currently focusing on only one format -ODI. However, she recently took to Twitter and posted a video of her training and challenged former India batsmen Aakash Chopra and Deep Dasgupta to face her bowling.
In the video, she was seen uprooting the off stump with a beautiful delivery. “Anyone wants to pad-up… @cricketaakash @DeepDasgupta7 and @vikrantgupta73 paji? 🏏,” wrote Jhulan Goswami.

However, Aakash Chopra was pretty quick to reply to the tweet. He praised Jhulan Goswami before cheekily saying that he won’t face her.
“Wow 😯 I mean…thanks but no thanks. 🤣 On a serious note—let’s make this happen someday. Maza aayega. What say?” he added.

Jhulan Goswami, meanwhile, is the highest wicket-taker in ODIs in women’s cricket. On the other hand, Aakash Chopra has represented India in ten Test matches from 2003 to 2004. He scored two half-centuries and was dropped after Australia beat India at home in the 2004-05 season.
However, he continued to score runs in domestic cricket but failed to get a call-up in the national circuit. In first-class cricket, he scored over 10,000 runs and has 29 centuries over 15 seasons for Delhi, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh as well. In 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons, he helped Rajasthan win the Ranji Trophy too.
