The veteran Indian off-spinner, Harbhajan Singh was known for playing a crucial role in Team India’s bowling line-up during his prime days. Moreover, he is a jovial personality, and his camaraderie with fellow teammates is a thing to watch out for on social media. He doesn’t even leave a stone unturned to take a dig on posts of fellow cricketers.

In the latest turn of events, he took a dig at Mohammad Kaif on the latter’s latest Tweet. Kaif talked about India’s embarrassing performance in the recently concluded pink-ball Test. Even after maintaining a decent lead, Team India suffered a sudden collapse as the batsmen fell like a pack of cards on the third day. The team registered its lowest ever in the Test history after getting wrapped up on merely 36 runs.

Talking about the performance, Kaif posted- “36/9 came on a bright sunny Adelaide morning and not at twilight as many feared. Pink or red ball, Test match batting is all about correct technique and temperament. Limited over games or limited time at nets can’t prepare you for a Test.”

Seeing the use of fine English by his teammate, Harbhajan Singh couldn’t hold his nerves and posted- “Bhai Sahb itni angreji,” with laughing emojis.

Getting back to the Adelaide Test, the first innings remained in India’s favor as bowlers brought their A-game on the table. Even after scoring less, India had a lead in hand as Jasprit Bumrah, Umesh Yadav, and Ravi Ashwin displayed bowling their heart out in Adelaide. However, what followed next was a series of failures and utter disappointment.

The Indian team got bundled out for a meager score of 36 runs to register its lowest ever in Test cricket. Hosts had an easy win by an 8-wicket margin on the same day and are having the lead of 1-0 in the Border Gavaskar series. It would be a thing to see how India bounce back in the upcoming Boxing Day Test at Melbourne without the services of their captain Virat Kohli.
