Hardik Pandya Recalls His Engagement With Natasa Stankovic

The fiery Indian all-rounder, Hardik Pandya, who recently announced that he and Natasa Stankovic are expecting a baby, shared the secrets of his engagement with fiancee. During a recent chat with Harsha Bhogle on a show for Cricbuzz, Hardik revealed that even his parents were not aware about him getting engaged.

Recalling the day, Pandya said, “Mom and dad didn’t know, even Krunal only got to know two days before when I told him I’m thinking this (getting engaged) I said I had enough in my life. Someone who I have found, who I actually love and I think I’m learning and I’m becoming a better man. I’m trying to go beyond myself. I’m keeping myself aside and keeping someone as a priority.”

Revealing further about his relationship with Natasa, the 26-year-old said that when he met Natasa, she had no idea about who he was. On Sunday, Pandya took to Instagram to share a series of photos with his fans announcing the news of a new addition to their family.

Captioning the post, the all-rounder said, “Natasa and I have had a great journey together and it is just about to get better. Together we are excited to welcome a new life into our lives very soon. We’re thrilled for this new phase of our life and seek your blessings and wishes.”

Hardik Pandya announced his engagement to Natasa Stankovic on January 1 with an Instagram post.

Currently, India is going through a nationwide lockdown. Meanwhile, the number of coronavirus positive patients in India went past 217000 with almost 6100 people losing their lives on Thursday, as per the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).

Almost the entire is in a lockdown due to the scare of the ever-escalating situation concerning the World Health Organisation-recognized pandemic that is the Coronavirus.
