The hosts’ team Australia is on top of the confidence after a great start in this ODI series by claiming a convincing victory during the Sydney ODI.

Australian batsmen performed very well but the openers need to provide a good start. While the Australian non-openers played very well during the Sydney ODI, the openers failed to provide the good starts.

The young and fresh new-ball bowlers bowled very well and provided the perfect dream start for the team during the Sydney ODI. However, the bowlers remained ineffective during the middle overs of the Sydney ODI but comfortably secured the victory after managing to stay in the comfortable position in the whole time.

The Indian bowlers are missing Jasprit Bumrah in this series while they failed to take regular wickets during the Sydney ODI. However, the most pathetic situation happened during the death overs where Australia managed 93 runs for one wicket. In the last five overs of their innings, the hosts scored 59/1. The Indian bowlers need to improve hugely in the death overs as it took the game from their hands during the Sydney ODI.

India also needs to use the reviews in more better ways as it affected hugely during the first ODI of the series.
