On Thursday, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) for the second time in the 43rd game of the 12th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Both the teams have witnessed similar fortunes this season so far as KKR has won just 4 games out of 10 games and RR has won just 3 games out of 10 games. 

In their respective last games, KKR faced a fifth consecutive defeat against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), even, RR also faced a loss win against Delhi Capitals (DC) in a game in which Ajinkya Rahane scored his second IPL century.
