Moreover, Rahul wrote on that post, “Swipe left to watch me discuss Cricket and Football with the Champion – @nglkante. We spoke about his World Cup Experience, how he started off and made his way up here. He wasn’t really happy that I ain’t a Chelsea fan though.Really Humble Guy. Respect.”

Currently, the Indian batsman KL Rahul is in the impressive form with the bat in the shorter format of cricket. Since IPL 2018, Rahul is running in a dangerous form with the bat.

First, he carried the whole Kings XI Punjab batting line-up during the IPL 2018 and finished the tournament as the third leading run-scorer by scoring 659 runs with the average of 54.91 and the strike-rate of 158.41. In that tournament, the 26-year-old right-handed batsman brilliantly batted according to situations as he hit the fastest ever IPL half-century knock (in just 14 balls) as well as he also played season’s slowest half-century knock (in 48 balls). His best knock in that tournament was 95* against Rajasthan Royals at Jaipur while he hit total six half-centuries in that tournament. However, his hard effort went in vain due to the lack of support from the fellow KXIP cricketers.

Later, he continued his good performances in the T20I crickets. First, in Ireland tour for two-match T20I series, Rahul played a 70-run knock, and then he scored his second T20I century in the England tour where Indian cricket team played a three-match T20I series.

However, he failed to maintain his impressive batting performances in the limited chances of longer-formats series in the ongoing English tour. After getting very low chances in the three-match ODI series, the right-handed batsman is struggling to play big knocks in the ongoing Test series.

In the ongoing English tour, after winning the three-match T20I series (by 1-2) and losing the three-match ODI series (by 2-1), the visitors India is now trailing the five-match Test series by 2-1 after the first three Tests of the series.
