Mumbai Indians all-rounder Kieron Pollard has put up a stunning show with the bat against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Saturday and helped his team chase down their highest-ever total of 219 runs in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL).
The star player did well with the ball too as he claimed two wickets for just 12 runs before playing an unbeaten knock of 87 off 34 to help Mumbai Indians chase down a 219-run target in the final ball of the nail-biting thriller in Delhi. After the win, Hardik Pandya and his brother Krunal Pandya bowed down to Pollard and called him the G.O.A.T (Greatest Of All Time) as well. In a video posted on IPL’s official Twitter handle, both the Pandya brothers applauded Kieron Pollard.

“People don’t talk about him that much but according to us he is G.O.A.T, one of the greatest of all time. If you see the chase which we did, there are only few people who have done it and if you Pollard has done a chase like this so many times,” Krunal Pandya said.
“We have to tell one thing that Kieron Pollard hits sixes for breakfast but if he takes a wicket or he bowls well, for him you know when you give candy to a kid, he is like that,” Hardik Pandya further added.

As far as the game is concerned, Pollard had bowled two overs where he scalped two wickets while conceding just 12 runs in a match that saw more than 400 runs being scored in 40 overs as well. Meanwhile, chasing a huge total, Kieron Pollard kept Mumbai Indians in the hunt as he smashed eight sixes and six boundaries and eventually won the game for his side.
