Virat Reveals The Exercise He Can Do All-day Everyday

The India captain, Virat Kohli has always been known for his impeccable despite stay at home during the ongoing coronavirus crisis, he is leaving no stone unturned in doing exercise at home, especially with the gyms around the country closed. However, for a fitness freak the Indian skipper, no excuse is enough to not doing any workout on a daily basis and it has been quite evident in the videos he has shared with his fans.

While at home, Kohli has regularly been posting videos on his various social media accounts, doing different exercises. Like every fitness enthusiast, even Virat has his favorite exercise and on Friday he posted a video on Instagram where he revealed the exercise he can do every day.

In the video, Virat can be seen acing the “power snatch” exercise, which in his own words is one exercise he would choose to do every day if he ever gets a choice like that. Captioning the video on Instagram, Kohli wrote: “If I had to make a choice of one exercise to do every day, this would be it. Love the power snatch.”

Like most Indian cricketers, the India captain has not been able to come out of home often during this coronavirus crisis. The only silver lining during this forced break is that Virat has got some quality time to spend with his closed ones, including actress wife Anushka Sharma at their Mumbai house.

The 31-year-old batsman on Thursday went on ace the challenge of doing flying push-ups imposed by the Indian all-rounder, Hardik Pandya. While Hardik had challenged his elder brother Krunal to do the same exercise, Kohli, who never backs down from a challenge, not only perfect te move but took it to a different level by adding “a little clap”, making it all the more difficult to execute.

With cricketing action in India still on hold, Kohli, like most of his Indian teammates, has been foin maximum possible training at his household.
