The 15th edition of the Indian Premier League will begin with the match between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders. However, a mega auction took place ahead of the 2022 edition of the tournament. Moreover, two new franchises have been included in the league as well. While all the teams have started their preparations, SunRisers Hyderabad is no different as T Natarajan was seen practising in the nets.
Notably, he was bought back by SRH for INR 4 crore. He had been one of the key players ever since in the 2020 edition of the tournament, and despite being out for a majority of the previous season due to injury, the team put their faith in him. Earlier this month, Natarajan joined the Sunrisers Hyderabad as they start their preparation for the upcoming edition of the tournament and on Sunday, he shared a video where he was seen breaking the stumps as well.

Earlier, South African pace legend Dale Steyn was also seen with the team. He has joined the SRH coaching staff that comprises head coach Tom Moody, batting coach Brian Lara, and spin bowling coach Muttiah Muralitharan as well. “Yeah, very happy to be back. I’ve been in India for quite some time so I’m quite excited to be back. Just driving from the airport brought back so many memories,” Steyn, who has taken 97 wickets in 95 matches for Sunrisers Hyderabad, said in a video posted by the franchise on Twitter.
