In the second ODI of the ongoing series between India and New Zealand being played at Pune, Shikhar Dhawan got the better of the DRS (Decision Review System).
In the 21st over of the Indian innings, Colin Munro bowled a wide delivery down the leg side to Dhawan, who made an unsuccessful attempt to sweep the ball. Munro and wicket-keeper Tom Latham appealed in unison in the hope of getting a wicket.
Just as umpire raised his finger, Dhawan opted for the review. After the replays were seen, it was clear that the ball had no where touched the bat. The decision was reversed by the umpire and the ball was declared as a wide delivery.
