Rajasthan Royals’ newly-appointed captain Sanju Samson has given a new nickname to his teammate Jos Buttler and it left every Rajasthan player to laugh out loud. In a recent video posted by Rajasthan Royals on social media where Sanju can be seen addressing the team in the dressing room and called Buttler “Jos Bhai”.

“I really enjoyed the intensity in the ground today, and as Sanga said I was able to make some really good decisions,” he said.  “That was only possible because of Jos bhai really helped me.” However, the addition of bhai (brother) with Jos was picked up by his teammates and it soon became viral.

“Thank you Jos bhai,” further added Sanju Samson as the players were seen laughing.

Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals will play against Chennai Super Kings on Monday in Mumbai. So far, they have won a close contest against Delhi Capitals in their last match where an unbeaten 36 off 18 by Chris Morris and a half-century by David Miller, sealed the deal in their chase of 148.

On the other hand, Sanju Samson, who hit a blistering 119 for a losing cause against Punjab Kings in their first match, is leading the team for the very first time in the IPL as they released Steve Smith before the season who earlier led the side.

Howveer, after the win in their last match, Sanju Samson said: “Had some hopes with Miller and Morris to come but to be really honest I thought that it was tough from there and I think the boys did really well to get over the line. It’s about reading the conditions. Was a bit sticky to start with. Hard lengths and mixing up with the variations was the key. That’s also our strength – three left-armers.”

“They are slightly different from the other so we can use it in a different way. We had a chat with him, he was very confident and very clear (Sakariya). Can’t do much, was just praying inside. Always sit back and review my game. If I play that match again 100 times I would not take the single (on denying strike to Morris last time),” he concluded.
