Watch: Chris Gayle Visits Pakistan’s Dressing Room After T20I Series

Explosive West Indies batsman Chris Gayle is known to be a very happy person and believes in having fun all the time. He recently was seen in Pakistan’s dressing room after the conclusion of the T20I series between the two teams.

Gayle is still going strong and playing cricket with West Indies. However, he plays only in T20Is these days. Other than that, one can see him participating in T20 cricket around the globe playing in different franchise-based leagues.

Pakistan and West Indies played four-match T20I series in the Caribbean, where three matches got washed out due to rain. The only game that was completed was Pakistan coming out victorious. Hence, they clinched the series by 1-0.

Meanwhile, Gayle visited the dressing room of the Pakistan team after the conclusion of the series. He hanged out with players and had fun chats with everyone. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) shared a video on Twitter where Gayle was seen hanging out in Pakistan’s dressing room.

In a two-minute-long video, Babar Azam was seen busy with Nicholas Pooran discussing the batting technique. Babar was describing Pooran how he does his shot selections while batting in the middle.

On the other hand, Gayle was inviting the whole Pakistan squad to his house to party together.

The T20I series originally had five games but was truncated to four games after West Indies’ ODI series against Australia saw rescheduled due to Covid-19 positive case in West Indian camp.

Now, both West Indies and Pakistan will be playing two-match Test series, starting from August 12 in Jamaica. The second Test will commence on August 20 in Jamaica. The Caribbean Premier League will be played afterwards from August 26 to September 15.
