Legendary cricketer Virat Kohli always stands up for his teammates whenever the going gets tough. This time, he stood up for youngster Kamlesh Nagarkoti. The Indian crowd gave the pacer a hard time by using inappropriate language. They continuously kept on abusing him. Kohli was not pleased one bit by this behavior from a certain section of the Indian crowd and immediately confronted those people in Leicestershire during India’s ongoing warm-up match.
As you can see from the above video, Kohli shut the Indian crowd in Leicestershire like a boss. The legendary batter has time and again stood up for teammates in the tough times. Mohammed Shami was the victim of abusive language during the T20 World Cup in 2021.
The pacer was abused on social media for his poor performance against Pakistan. People were seen dragging his religion and hit hard on Shami. Kohli stood up at that time and gave a fitting reply. During India’s ongoing match against Leicester, he fully supported Nagarkoti like a big brother and gave a fitting reply to the Indian crowd who abused the youngster.
