After a disastrous batting collapse in the series opener of the Test series between India and South Africa, Virat Kohli and his men will be looking to turn things around in Johannesburg in the second Test which begins on January 13th. Ahead of the second Test, Team India paid a visit to the India House in the city.
In a social media post, BCCI uploaded multiple images of the visit to the India house, Kohli and co. seemed to be relaxed ahead of the task at hand when they met the High Commissioner at the India House also interacted with former South African cricketer Ali Bacher. Some of the cricketers like, KL Rahul, Hardik Pandya, and Murali Vijay also obliged fans present by posing for photographs with them.

Earlier on Thursday, Team India started their training for the must-win second Test. The players trained for as long as three hours under the scorching sun even as head coach Ravi Shastri kept a close eye on movements.
Interestingly, it was the bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami and Bhuvneshwar Kumar hit teh nets with their bats. It was only after the bowlers had a longish session that Murali Vijay, Virat Kohli, and KL Rahul hit the nets, taking turns in throwdowns and facing the net bowlers.
