Former India skipper, Virat Kohli was seen flaunting his fitness routine as he shared a small video clip of his gym session on Wednesday, October 12 in Perth. Kohli was seen going at full tilt at the gym as he was lifting weights ahead of India’s second warm-up match, scheduled for October 13.
Virat Kohli took to social media where he shared the clip and revealed that the man behind the camera was his ‘bhau’ Suryakumar Yadav. “Mobility is key,” Virat Kohli wrote as she shared a shoulder routine that seemingly aims at improving mobility.

Virat Kohli has been witnessing good batting form ever since he came from a break before Asia Cup 2022. He said he found the hunger back after overcoming a lean patch and enjoyed working out hard at the gym, once again. He was undergoing an extended lean patch and the batting stalwart also talked about mental health concerns during the said period.

Virat Kohli took a break from West Indies and Zimbabwe even as questions were asked about his place in the T20I side. He had scored just 81 runs in 4 T20Is in 2022 but the former skipper has been in fine form since returning to action at Asia Cup in the UAE wherein he scored his maiden T20I hundred.
The former Indian skipper looked in good touch in the home series against Australia and South Africa when he scored crucial fifties. Meanwhile, Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav have shared a wonderful camaraderie over the last few months, having shared more than one match-winning stand.

Virat Kohli started addressing Suryakumar ‘bhau’ on Instagram comments, which went viral on the photo-sharing platform. India’s T20 World Cup squad members reached Australia in the first week of October and began preparations for the showpiece ICC tournament in Perth. The India cricketers, including captain Rohit Sharma and head coach Rahul Dravid, made the best use of their off day as the team visited the Rottnest Island in Western Australia on Tuesday, October 11.
