During an interview with Sportskeeda, Wasim Jaffer highlighted Rahane’s ability to handle pressure, considering the challenging situations when he walked into bat. According to Jaffer, Rahane transforms into a different player when he adopts an attacking and positive approach. Jaffer expressed his hope that Rahane can maintain his consistency going forward.

“The way he batted in both innings and absorbed the pressure… India were under pressure in both innings when he walked out to bat. India were chasing a big score in the first innings, and it was the same story in the second innings. He has shown that he can absorb that pressure.”
