After celebrating his 42nd birthday, iconic captain MS Dhoni made a grand return to Chennai for the trailer and audio launch of his debut entertainment production film ‘LGM’ (Let’s Get Married). The Chennai airport witnessed a frenzy of fans as they enthusiastically welcomed their beloved ‘Thala’ into the city.
The upcoming feature film, produced under Dhoni Entertainment, boasts a star-studded cast including Harish Kalyan, Ivana, Nadhiya, Yogi Babu, and Mirchi Vijay. Sakshi Dhoni, who played a pivotal role in conceptualizing the project, will also be present during the trailer and audio launch.

“We look forward to being here and doing more such meaningful stories. We are excited to start this fascinating journey today. I assure you that this fun-filled film will be one that the entire family can enjoy,” said Sakshi Dhoni, expressing her enthusiasm about the movie.

Turning the focus to Dhoni’s cricketing career, the former captain is expected to make a comeback in the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League. However, the final decision will be made in December after Dhoni assesses his health.

In the previous edition of the tournament, Dhoni battled a knee injury but continued playing, making a significant impact with the bat as the Chennai Super Kings clinched their fifth championship. Following the tournament, Dhoni underwent successful knee surgery, and a complete recovery is expected by the end of December, according to CSK CEO Kasi Vishwanath.
