David Warner is eager to add to England’s woes when Australia and England meet in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup on November 4. Warner, who is in top form, acknowledged that England is the “most dangerous” team in the tournament, with a number of high-quality players and a strong bowling lineup.

“It would be nice to add to England’s misery,” David Warner said, as quoted by Cricket.com.au. “But they are the teams that are the most dangerous when there’s nothing to lose. They’ve got some very, very (high) quality players and we have to respect that. They bat to 11 and their bowling unit is very good.”

“Everyone keeps writing me off,” David Warner said. “I’m doing as well as I can, I’m just trying to go out there and start as well as I can up front in the first 10 (overs). If I get in, I try and make the most of it.”

Warner also spoke about the return of Travis Head to the lineup, saying that it is “awesome” to have him back, as it allows Australia to continue to put pressure on the opposition. After a dismal start to the World Cup, Australia have made a stunning comeback, winning four games in a row. They are now one of the favorites to qualify for the semifinals.
