Sunrisers Hyderabad’s spirited chase fell short as they finished their innings on 204/7, just four runs shy of KKR’s total of 208/7. The match was highlighted by Andre Russell’s blistering unbeaten knock of 64 runs off 25 balls and Phil Salt’s composed 54, laying the foundation for KKR’s formidable total after being asked to bat first by SRH captain Pat Cummins on a pitch conducive to high-scoring encounters.
