Twitteries are wishing to watch the present India U-19 cricket team coach Rahul Dravid as India’s next Prime Minister. Dravid won a million of hearts after expressing his unhappiness with the inequality prize money between him and the other coaching staff, which BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) accepted later and made the equality.
After India won the 2018 ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup, BCCI announced the cash rewards which was INR 50 lakhs for the coach Rahul Dravid, INR 30 lakhs for each team members and INR 20 lakhs for each coaching staff.
Later, Dravid expressed his unhappiness with his highest cash rewards while his other coaching staff are getting much lower. Soon, BCCI respectfully accepted his view and changed the prize money for the coaching staff. Now, the coaching staff will receive INR 25 lakh each, including the head coach Rahul Dravid.

After winning the youth world cup, when everyone is praising Rahul Dravid for his tireless effort to the Indian youth, Dravid quoted, “It’s a bit embarrassing at times because I tend to get a lot of attention and focus, but it is really about the support staff and the quality of people that we’ve had. I don’t want to mention names but everyone in the support staff has put in a great effort. We do the best for the kids.”

However, it is not the first time when Dravid showed selflessly. He earned a huge amount of respect throughout his international cricketing career, where he had a long successful career. He also led the Indian cricket team and that was comparatively successful.
In 2017, Dravid was engaged in the conflict of interest when he had an IPL coaching contract along with the Indian U-19 and A team contract. In the end, he gave up the cash crunch IPL contract and retained his national youth and A team contract.
Earlier, Indian present Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Rahul Dravid after India U-19 won the 2018 ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup. Once again Indian PM praised Dravid’s selflessly said by quoting, “Our U-19 cricket team won the World Cup yesterday. Their head coach Rahul Dravid was a significant factor behind this victory. He teaches us to work honestly and live for others.”
Now look at the tweets which are demanding Rahul Dravid as Indian next Prime Minister
Can we please just elect Dravid to the post of PM?
I know it sounds silly, but this is the kind of person India needs. Someone who cares for others. Everything else can be learnt, but decency & kindness come from within.
