Taking a much-needed breather from cricket, Virat Kohli recently swapped his bat for a pickleball paddle at the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) camp. But what really stole the show was his doubles partner—his wife and Bollywood actor, Anushka Sharma. The couple lit up the court with their infectious energy, playful banter, and undeniable chemistry.
RCB’s official Instagram handle gave fans a peek into this light-hearted session on Wednesday, sharing a delightful video that featured not just Virat and Anushka, but also RCB mentor Dinesh Karthik and his wife, professional squash player Deepika Pallikal. The video quickly became a fan favourite, filled with laughter, teasing moments, and glimpses of the couple’s fun-loving bond.

Virat and Anushka were seen cheering for each other, exchanging high-fives, and engaging in some cheeky on-court banter. At one point, after a missed point, Anushka jokingly pointed at Kohli and said, “It was him!” Another humorous moment came when she missed a serve, prompting Virat to hide behind his paddle, bursting into laughter. He even blurted out a playful “Oh piya” during the game, making it all the more entertaining.

Despite their chemistry, Team Virat-Anushka didn’t manage to reach the semi-finals of the friendly match—but they certainly won hearts.
The couple, who met during a 2013 commercial shoot and tied the knot in 2017 in Tuscany, now share two children: daughter Vamika, born in January 2021, and son Akaay, born in February 2024.

On the work front, Anushka was last seen in a cameo in Qala, with her last full role being in 2018’s Zero. She has also completed work on Chakda Xpress, a biopic on Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami, which is awaiting release.
