Australia and Royal Challengers Bangalore batsman, Travis Head, struck a gigantic six off Umesh Yadav during Royal Challengers Bangalore’s innings in their latest match against Kolkata Knight Riders.
On the third last delivery of the innings, Head dispatched a delivery on middle and leg stump to high into the night skies. It was not just about the height but about the distance as well. Head’s six touched the roof the stadium in Bengaluru.
Head ended up as the highest scorer for his team in the match. His 75* (47) was comprised of three fours and five sixes and was instrumental in RCB reaching a total of 158-6 in 20 overs. In the six matches that Head has played in this season of the Indian Premier League, he has scored 149 runs at an average of 37.25 and a strike rate of 140.56. Watch the full video:
