RJ Mahvash has finally responded to the relentless online trolling and speculation linking her career success to cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal. In a powerful video posted on June 20, Mahvash set the record straight, asserting that she had already carved a niche for herself in the media industry long before any association with the Indian leg-spinner.
The chatter began soon after Chahal and choreographer Dhanashree Verma officially parted ways in March 2025. Since then, Mahvash has often been linked to the spinner—especially after she was seen cheering for Chahal during IPL 2025 matches and spotted at the Champions Trophy final in Dubai, where India clinched the title.
Over the past few months, Mahvash’s presence at Punjab Kings’ games—Chahal’s IPL team—fueled dating rumours. However, she has consistently denied the speculations, maintaining that she is single and shares a close friendship with Chahal, nothing more.

In the Instagram video, titled “Jab tak khud ke liye nahi bologe, koi tumhare liye nahi bolega”, RJ Mahvash responded directly to a troll who claimed, “Yuzi bhai ne iska career bana diya.” Her firm reply: “I’ve been in this industry since 2019. Let me show you my journey.” What followed was a montage of her work—radio shows, hosting cricket events, red carpet appearances, and even producing the Bollywood film Section 108, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

To those questioning her cricket knowledge, Mahvash silenced them with a series of clips where she’s seen interviewing legends like MS Dhoni, Chris Gayle, Shane Watson, and Harbhajan Singh—proof of her active role in cricket coverage well before any personal link to Chahal.
Another troll mocked that she began meeting celebrities only after Chahal entered the picture. Mahvash countered with images of her with stars such as Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Rashmika Mandanna, and Ayushmann Khurrana, among many others—clearly highlighting her long-standing association with the entertainment world.

She didn’t stop there. Mahvash proudly showcased her achievements, from writing books to starring in Amazon Prime’s Pyaar Paisa Profit. “Itni toh tumhari umar bhi nahi jitna lamba mera career raha hai,” she quipped. “Main ek scientist ke ghar ki beti hoon. Baaki ka talent Amazon pe dekh lena.”
She concluded with strong words of support for Chahal: “I’ll always stand by a friend. The person I know is incredibly talented. I’ll never back down from saying that.” Chahal responded to her post with a heartfelt comment: “Respect! More power to you!”
