The 2025 Asia Cup, scheduled to take place in Dubai and Abu Dhabi from September 9 to 28, will now feature matches starting at 8 PM IST (6:30 PM local time), as confirmed by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) on August 30. Initially, the games were planned to begin at 7:30 PM IST, but this has been adjusted for a better viewing experience.

A key change in the schedule includes the UAE vs Oman match on September 15, which will start at 4:00 PM local time (5:30 PM IST) in Abu Dhabi. The highly anticipated India vs Pakistan clash on September 14 will take place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, further intensifying the excitement of the tournament.

India’s first match in the tournament is against the UAE on September 10 in Dubai, while their final group stage match will be against Oman in Abu Dhabi on September 19. Group A consists of India, Pakistan, UAE, and Oman, while Group B features Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong. The top two teams from each group will progress to the Super Fours.

The Super Fours matches will also be divided between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. One match, scheduled for September 22 between A2 and B1, will take place in Abu Dhabi, while the remaining matches and the final (on September 28) will be held in Dubai. A total of five out of six Group B games and two Group A matches (UAE vs Oman and India vs Oman) will be played in Abu Dhabi.
