The MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai will host the final of the 2026 Duleep Trophy from September 6 to 10 after the BCCI shifted the summit clash from Bengaluru. The move has been made to allow fans to attend the final, as public access will not be permitted during the knockout matches at the BCCI Centre of Excellence (CoE).

BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia confirmed that the quarterfinals and semifinals will remain in Bengaluru, while the final has been moved to Chennai due to government restrictions at the CoE.
“The two quarterfinals and two semifinals will be held at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru. But because of some government restrictions, we cannot allow the public to watch the matches at the CoE. In view of that, we have moved the final to the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai,” Devajit Saikia said, as quoted by Cricbuzz.

In the West Zone camp, Ruturaj Gaikwad will lead the side. The squad also features Prithvi Shaw, Musheer Khan, Shardul Thakur, Tushar Deshpande, and Urvil Patel.
