On Wednesday night, hosts Delhi Daredevils (DD) claimed a thrilling 4-run victory (DLS method) against the visiting team Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the rain-interrupted game at Feroz Shah Kotla.
Rajasthan captain Ajinkya Rahane decided to bowl first after winning the toss. Coming to bat for 18-overs due to the rain delay, DD managed to score 196/6 in 17.1 overs before another rain-interruption.
Later, RR had a revised target of mammoth 151-run in 12 overs while they scored 146/5 at the end of 12 overs.
