Former India captain and current wicket-keeper batsman, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, is known for his finishing abilities in limited-overs cricket. Throughout his career, Dhoni has had the knack of winning matches for India. Be it setting a total in the first innings to chasing them in the second, bowlers could seldom defeat Dhoni when it came to one on one battles.

At times, Dhoni was also criticised for his approach of taking the match till the end. There were moments when matches could have been won with more ease, but, it was how Dhoni went about things, especially during chases. The amount of trust that he had on his abilities never disappointed him.
