Fans of the Indian cricket team might be familiar with the sight of the captain and vice-captain of the ODI team in Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli getting involved in mid-pitch mix-ups. The duo, probably the best two ODI batsmen in the Indian team, was once again involved in a mix-up, which resulted in the dismissal of Sharma.

On the last delivery of the 22rd over, Kohli guided a Kane Richardson delivery to Steven Smith at backward point. The bid to steal a quick single was converted into confusion within a fraction of a second.

The confusion led to both the players stranded on the batting end. By the time Sharma could return back to his end, it was all too late for him to save his wicket. Watch the full video:
