Former Indian cricket Aakash Chopra believes only Virat Kohli has the audacity of wearing an ‘in your face’ attitude while playing and it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. Virat Kohli is known for wearing his emotions up his sleeves and he never shies away in celebrating in the face of opponents.
Kohli has been often criticized for being over-aggressive while on the field and his animated celebrations after wickets. Many believe he doesn’t respect the opponents and cross the line while many have backed his aggressive nature of play and being active all the time when on the field.

Meanwhile, former Indian opener Aakash Chopra defended Kohli’s on-field antics and says nobody has that courage of being in the face of opponents.
“He is in your face all the time. He is a captain who also knows how to take the crowd along. You want to do that, but nobody has the audacity to do it. Because that is the thing that matters the most,” said Chopra on his YouTube channel.
He also praised Kohli’s fitness and believes he has risen the bar to the next level.

“Every generation needs a different captain. The generation he is leading right now and the ones to come in the future, fitness is going to be paramount for them. He took this team to a different level. He set new fitness standards,” explained the former right-handed batsman.
Kohli is currently in England, where Team India will play five Test matches against England, starting from August 4 in Nottingham. Recently, India featured in the inaugural World Test Championship Final against New Zealand, who won the game by eight wickets to win their first ICC trophy since 2000.
Meanwhile, a different-looking India will play against Sri Lanka in three ODIs and as many T20Is. Shikhar Dhawan will be leading the side in the absence of eight regular white-ball players who are currently in England. Rahul Dravid will coach this young brigade during the tour.
