South Africa’s star batsman AB de Villiers will soon be seen donning the national colors in the three-match ODI series against Bangladesh starting on October 15.

De Villiers was not available for the Test series against Bangladesh as he has been playing for the Titans in a first-class match this weekend. It will also be his first first-class appearance since January 2016.

The star batsman gave up the ODI captaincy after the Champions Trophy 2017 in England, which resulted in Faf du Plessis became the captain of South Africa in all the three international formats.

Fast bowler Dane Paterson is the only uncapped player in the squad. While, JP Duminy who has recently taken retirement from Test cricket, is making the batting line-up even more powerful.
