Virat Kohli is unarguably the best run-chaser when it comes to the white-ball cricket. Yesterday was no exception as he chased down another target with ease. Kohli has raised the standards in the One-Day International format with his insane numbers in just a nine-year old career. He is already ahead of everyone in ODI cricket except Sachin Tendulkar, who has 49 centuries in this format.
After witnessing yet another Kohli-special chase, former Pakistani fast-bowler Shoaib Akhtar couldn’t control himself and complimented Virat with a Cheetah.
In his recent tweet, Akhtar praised Kohli and wrote “Another super run-chase by @imVkohli. When it comes to chases it’s either him or a Cheetah. Well done!! Hope youngsters pick this trait of @imVkohli.”

It was Ajinkya Rahane from the other end, who complimented his skipper’s every shot with his class. Rahane scored 79 in 86 balls, which was his fifth consecutive 50+ score and became only third Indian to achieve this feat. Thus, he threw his name in the musical chair game for number four spot in this format.
