Flamboyant batter Virat Kohli and Indian film actor and his wife Anushka Sharma, were seen engaging in a hilarious banter, the video of the incident is getting viral on social media. It is no secret that Kohli is arguably the most active player on the pitch and remains quite pumped up throughout a match with his on-field antics.
Ahead of the much-awaited World Test Championship (WTC) 2021-23 Final, Virat Kohli, and Anushka Sharma were invited as guests in PUMA’s event to interact with the audience. In the midst of the event, one segment, in particular, has made rounds on social media wherein Anushka was seen giving Kohli a taste of his own medicine by hilariously sledging him.

“Come on, come on Virat, Today is 24th April, aaj toh run bana le (It’s April 24, at least score some runs today, Virat),” Anushka said. Following the hilarious comment by the film actor, Virat Kohli churned out a hilarious response which left everyone in splits. He said, “Jitni tumhari puri team ne April, May, June, July mein run nahi banaye hai utne match hai mere. (I have more matches than all of your team’s combined scores in April, May, June, and July).”

In another video, Anushka Sharma expected her husband, cricketer Virat to mimic a dialogue from her film ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’. Anushka says, “Pyaar Vyapaar ki jodi kabhi nahi baithta, nahi baba. Main toh single hi best.” Within a few seconds, Virat replies: “Business karle mere saath. Bread pakore ki kasam. Kabhi dokha nahi dunga.”

The viral video has been shared on Twitter by a fan page, in which Anushka Sharma mimics Virat’s celebration at the cricket ground. At the same time, the audience is seen clapping and laughing. After this, Virat Kohli laughingly tells the actress to sit down. While talking to the host, Anushka says. Sometimes bowlers don’t celebrate as much as Virat does.
