Popular South Indian actress Anushka Shetty recently came in the news for her rumoured link-up with an Indian cricketer and her marriage news went viral on social media too. However, being a celebrity these are common things. On the other hand, cricket and Bollywood go hand in hand. But the actress denied these rumours recently.

Reports emerged a few weeks ago that Anushka is set to get married to an Indian cricketer hailing from North India and playing for south Ranji team as well. Surprisingly, the identity of the player wasn’t known which added more drama in the matter. However, Anushka Shetty herself has spoken about the matter and has quashed all the rumours of getting married to any cricketer. According to the Times of India, the talented actress Anushka Shetty has termed all those rumours as stupid and baseless and also added that all these such fake news make her upset.

The 38-year-old actress, however, announced that she will be getting married soon and it will be an arrange marriage as well. Even few reports have also suggested that Anushka Shetty will be soon wrapping up her ongoing assignments and tie the knot to someone of her parents’ choice. Moreover, earlier her name has also been linked to her Baahubali co-star Prabhas as well and she has again denied all those rumours as well.

As far as her work is concerned, Anushka Shetty will next be seen on the big screen opposite the talented actor R Madhavan and Shalini Pandey in the upcoming move Nishabdham. The movie’s release date has been delayed and it is now scheduled to release in April this year. However, the gorgeous actress will now be hoping for her name not to be linked to any of the cricketer or an actor and her latest clarification should end all the rumours as well.
