Arjun Tendulkar, the son of batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar made headlines when Mumbai Indians bought him for Rs 30 lakhs at the IPL 2022 mega auction while his base price was INR 20 lakhs. Even Delhi Capitals also entered the race to sign him as well. In fact, many believed he would make his debut for Mumbai Indians. But, in reality, Mumbai Indians’ team management didn’t give him a single game as well.

However, in the latest development, Arjun Tendulkar himself has applied for a No Objection Certificate in order to leave the Mumbai state cricket team to play for another state as well. He wants to play for a new team in the upcoming domestic season and he will likely move to Goa before the new domestic season.

And, according to a report by PTI, Arjun Tendulkar decided to join a new team after a lack of chances at the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA). Notably, the left-arm fast-bowling all-rounder made his domestic cricket debut for Mumbai in 2021 during the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy as well where he played a couple of games in that tournament.
