(Wicketkeeper)
Rishabh Pant (India)
Indian young wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant was brilliant in this tour in both duties – as a wicketkeeper and also as a batsman too. As a keeper, the young man made 20 dismissals (all were in catches) – most by an Indian wicketkeeper in a Test series.
As a batsman, the left-handed scored 350 runs in this series (most runs scored by an Indian wicketkeeper-batsman in an away Test series) with the average of 58.33 and finished as the second most run-scorer in this tournament. While he had many 20s and 30s knocks in this series as a middle-order batsman, his best knock was 159* at Sydney Test.
