Recently, Indian experienced opening batsman Gautam Gambhir raised his voice on India-Pakistan relationship where he claimed that India should stop to provide all opportunities for Pakistan until the relations between two nations improve. Australian journalist Dennis Freedman took a dig on Gambhir for that comment as he remarked Gambhir as a ‘verbal terrorist’.

In a recent interview with ANI, 36-year-old Indian experienced opening batsman Gautam Gambhir said that India shouldn’t provide any opportunity for Pakistan until the situation gets resolved.

He said on that, “Merely boycotting cricketing ties with Pakistan will not help. If a ban is imposed, it should be in all sectors, be it films, music or any other. Nobody from Pakistan should be provided an opportunity to perform in India unless the relations between the two neighbours improve.”

Gambhir also mentioned that India had a lot of talk with Pakistan on the present issues but those have no results. India needs to take the strict actions now as he believes that the situations have crossed the patience level.

The left-handed batsman said that, “In the recent past, we have initiated talks with Pakistan on many occasions, but no substantial outcome has been achieved. Every country has its own level of patience and importance. First thing, of course, is to talk; but if that doesn’t work, one has to take strict action. There is no point in politicising the matter.”

Australian journalist Dennis Freedman took a dig on those comments and he remarked Gambhir as a ‘verbal terrorist’.

He wrote on his Twitter account, “Gautam Gambhir is a verbal terrorist. The crap he said again today re relationship between India / Pakistan is dangerous.”

However, it was not the first time when Dennis had a controversial and annoying tweet on India. Earlier, he had called Indian cricket team skipper Virat Kohli as a sweeper or he had tried to troll Sachin Tendulkar by wearing a jersey where it wrote in the back as ‘SACHIN WHO’. He had also compared the Indian map with women’s innerwear

After his recent tweet on Gambhir, Indian people brutally smashed him for his comments.
