He batted with great intent and hardly mistimed any ball, bringing up a brutal century to keep Pakistan in the hunt.
As Fakhar Zaman reached his ton, Babar Azam, who was batting at the other end, looked extremely jubilant. He raised his hand in celebration as Zaman took the single. Azam has been struggling to get going in the ongoing World Cup, managing just two fifties. However, he now has a golden chance to silence all his critics.
