The Indian team under Virat Kohli’s captaincy has done pretty well on foreign soil as well as at home soil. That is why the Committee of Administrators (CoA) of BCCI has decided to reward the players by doubling their daily allowance for their away tour. As per the report in Mumbai Mirror, the Indian players and coaching staff will now get a daily allowance of $250 (Rs 17,799.30) as compared to the earlier amount of $125 (Rs 8,899.65). However, their payment at home will remain unchanged. The report further said that the foreign travel allowance is over and above the business class travel, their accommodation and laundry expenses that the BCCI pays for them.
