Recently, the advertisement campaign of ‘Cred’, stole s lot of limelight on social media as it was involving former Indian skipper, Rahul Dravid. In this advertisement, fitness got to witness the violent side of the legend for the first time. Dravid is also known as ‘The Wall’ and has been known to be the calmest and composed player to have ever played for India.Â
Though Dravid has retired from cricket now and is coaching, the TV commercial really struck a nerve. It was an interesting aspect for his fans to see the legend in this avatar. It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for everyone to see Rahul Dravid lose his cool and that was the USP of the commercial. Though many stars have followed pursuit, this was just something very special.

Cred uses a lot of its funding in these ads and they have significantly enhanced the quality as well. Such is the case and the video went really viral. Tanmay Bhat, who is expected to be one of the writers of teh commercial was seen vlogging the behind-the-scenes of the commercial.

Though the ads of the company are brilliant, the app may be far from desirable. Well, some may agree with our assessment of the same. However, there is no denying the fact that Rahul Dravid is a cricketing legend. In the above video (which Tanmay Bhat shared), he also showcases the difference in handling the bat. He was seen talking about the batting grip of Sachin Tendulkar and how ideally any batsman would.
