Bhuvneshwar Kumar Trolls Shikhar Dhawan For Imitating Akshay Kumar

The Indian team chased down the target of 154 runs quite dominatingly against Bangladesh in a do-or-die game 2nd T20I in Rajkot. The Indian opener, Shikhar Dhawan was involved in a century partnership with the stand-in skipper, Rohit Sharma to help India level the series.

Rohit was in good touch in the second T20I, scoring 85 off just 43 balls in an innings which was helped by six fours and as many sixes. His 118-run opening partner with Shikhar helped India chase down a target of 154 with more than two overs to spare. With this century partnership, Dhawan also broke the record for the most number of 100-plus partnerships in T20I cricket along with his opening partner Rohit Sharma.

After the victory, Dhawan took to Instagram to share a video where he, Yuzvendra Chahal and Khaleel Ahmed can be seen recreating a scene from recently released Bollywood movie “Housefull 4” starring Akshay Kumar. The character of Akshay forgets what he was talking about whenever he hears a bell.

In the 30-second video, as soon as Chahal makes a loud sound, Dhawan forgets everything for a brief moment. Soon after Dhawan posted the video along with the caption “Bala ke side effects”. Here is the video

The veteran Indian pacer, Bhuvneshwar Kumar decided to troll Dhawan for the same. where it hurts. Dhawan did the act perfectly with Khaleel and Chahal. He was lauded by his teammates and the fans on social media. But Kumar came up with a savage response on the post. He said, “Bhulne k acting k kya zarurt wo to natural talent hai”.

Bhuvneshwar might not be playing at present for India but he is keeping a tab on his teammates through social media.

India was under considerable pressure after having lost the 1st T20I in Delhi but Rohit made sure there were no scars of the Delhi defeat in Rajkot as he bulldozed the Bangladesh bowling attack. India and Bangladesh will now be locking horns in the series-deciding third and final T20I in Nagpur on Sunday.
