During the second ODI of the ongoing series between South Africa and India at Centurion, Jasprit Bumrah suffered a minor injury.
It happened on the third delivery of the 19th over when Jean-Paul Duminy punched a Hardik Pandya delivery to third man. Bumrah, who was fielding at third man, put in a valiant but unsuccessful dive to stop a boundary.
In the process, he suffered a bruise on his left leg. He needed a little bit of medical attention for the same. The concerned individual from the Indian camp had reached to provide the same.
What turned out to be a hilarious event for both Bumrah and the audiences was the moment when the local staff was seen carrying a stretcher in a bid to help the Indian pacer. Bumrah, while receiving treatment to his right leg, signalled to the staff that the stretcher wasn’t required.
