The match officials for the highly anticipated ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 semi-finals have been confirmed, setting the stage for two thrilling encounters. India will take on Australia at the Dubai International Stadium on March 4, while South Africa will face New Zealand at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on March 5.

For the first semi-final between India and Australia, New Zealander Chris Gaffaney and England’s Richard Illingworth will serve as the on-field umpires, with Michael Gough appointed as the third umpire. Andy Pycroft will oversee proceedings as the match referee. Illingworth is familiar with Dubai’s conditions, having officiated India’s Group A match against New Zealand, while Gaffaney was originally scheduled for Australia’s Group B clash with South Africa before the weather played spoilsport.
