This year, Mother’s Day was celebrated around the world on May 9 and various cricketers posted pictures with their mothers and wished them in adorable ways.
Gayle lost his mother in 2018 while succumbing to a heart attack. The amazing hitter was seen emotional while listening to a song named ‘Mama’ by Mavado. He posted several Instagram stories while remembering his mother and tear could be seen rolling down his eye. Through his stories, Gayle passed a clear message to keep loved ones close and he also pointed out the importance of spending time with them.

In a video posted by Chris Gayle, he was heard saying, “Deep thoughts. Mom you memories will live on forever! We had fun and you’re fun.. I’ll continue that legacy mom! Live life to the fullest! Though the Caribbean superstar has always been known for an entertaining and cheerful person, he was seen in a purely emotional state while remembering his mother. Earlier on that day, he tweeted, “Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful Mom’s out there. Have a lovely day.”
