In what was one of the most tragic news of the recent times, a cricketer died on the field during a local tournament in Kasaragod, Kerala.

The cause of the death was a cardiac arrest which happened to the deceased while he was about to bowl.

The deceased has been identified as 20-year old Padmanabh. A case regarding the same has been registered in Manjeshwara Police Station.
