Despite a solid start by Sunil Narine and Angkrish Raghuvanshi, Ravindra Jadeja’s double strike in the seventh over reduced KKR to 60 for 3. The partnership between Captain Shreyas Iyer and Venkatesh Iyer was short-lived as Jadeja claimed Venkatesh’s wicket.

Daryl Mitchell played a crucial role in the dismissal, showcasing his fielding skills with a fantastic catch in the deep. Venkatesh attempted a big shot against Jadeja’s delivery, sending the ball towards deep mid-wicket. Mitchell, however, had other plans as he sprinted and dived to his right to secure the catch.

At the time of writing, KKR found themselves getting restricted to 137/9 in the 20th over, with Captain Shreyas Iyer being teh highest run-getter. Kolkata Knight Riders failed to build a competitive total with a solid partnership. Having won all three of their previous games, KKR seeks to maintain their unbeaten streak.
