It seems like most of the members of the Delhi Capitals (DC) squad are big fans of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper, MS Dhoni as they tried to describe what the CSK skipper means to them in one word. Dhoni has often been termed an IPL legend, having led CSK to the title in four editions of the tournament and continues to lead them from the front this season as well.
Under the former Indian skipper, CSK is comfortably standing in second place on the IPL 2023 points table and looks like a contender to nail a spot in the playoffs. The 2023 season has also been a good one for Dhoni from a batting point of view as he is scoring runs at a str possesses a strike-rate of 200 from the 10 matches he has played.

Many have been saying that this could be the final season for the CSK skipper in the IPL, but he himself has kept fans and pundits guessing about his future in the tournament. When he was asked about his retirement during the toss against LSG, Dhoni told commentator Danny Morrison that he never commented on whether or not IPL 2023 would be his last season.
“You’ve decided it is my last,” Dhoni replied with a smile to Morrison’s question at the Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Stadium on May 3.
