The veteran Indian wicket-keeper batter, Dinesh Karthik has come in support of former skipper, Virat Kohli to return to form, saying that one can never rule out a player with the caliber of the star batter. Kohli’s current rough patch in his batting form has been the talk of the town as the 33-year-old struggled during the recent tour of England. The Indian batter had amassed a century way back in 2019.
However, Virat Kohli has found support from Indian skipper Rohit Sharma and now Karthik has come forward in support as well. During a recent chat with Speaking to The Times Of India, the Tamil Nadu wicketkeeper said that Kohli has experienced tremendous success over time. With him being left out of the squad for the West Indies tour, Karthik expects the 33-year-old to get a good break and return to the side completely recharged.
