Dinesh Karthik Is Proud Of The Comeback From Kuldeep Yadav

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) wicket-keeper batter, Dinesh Karthik has showered praises on Kuldeep Yadav ahead of their game against Delhi Capitals (DC) on Saturday. Former KKR skipper has witnessed the rise and fall of the left-arm wrist spinner and has stated that it’s great to see him bowling at his speak again. Karthik in a video posted by RCB delved into the changes that Kuldeep made to get back into his groove.

Explaining the same Dinesh Karthik said, “I think technically he’s made a few changes. I don’t want to get too technical, but he’s strengthened his run-up, getting the drive-through, which is good to see.”

Rating Kuldeep Yadav highly for his craft, Dinesh Karthik said that the current DC spinner is a treat to watch at his prime and one has to respect him for picking up a craft as difficult as left-arm wrist spin.

 

Elaborating the same, Dinesh Karthik said, “I think he has always been a very very skillful bowler. I always love watching him bowl when he is in his peak rhythm. He’s somebody who is very very skillful, you’ve to understand that ‘chinaman’ is a very rare breed and he chose that as his profession, and he’s somebody who’s done very very well.”

Dinesh Karthik was an integral part of KKR when Kuldeep Yadav witness a forgettable season with the franchise, where was benched for almost all of the season. Karthik stated that he gives Kuldeep a lot of credit for moving on and get running the current edition of the league as he has scalped 10 wickets in the 4 games so far.

Dinesh Karthik explained, “And it is great to see somebody like him do so well because he was very young when he sprung on the scene but today after a certain amount of international cricket and IPL behind him, obviously went through some tough time, you can see how he has bounced back and I give him a lot of credit.”
