Team India is currently locking horns with the England team in the first ODI of the three-match series at the Trent Bridge. After winning the toss, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli chose to bowl first on the flat track in Nottingham, but in the first powerplay, the English team was 71/0.
However, things took a drastic turn in the 39th over of the game which was bowled by the star spinner Kuldeep Yadav as he dismissed two settled batsmen Jos Buttler and Ben Stokes in back-to-back overs and the England team was down to 214/6.
On the last ball of the 39th over, Butler attempted to turn the bowl down the leg side and got thin outside edge only to be grabbed by MS Dhoni and didn’t even bothered reviewing. It was a huge wicket for India.
However, on the first bowl of the 45t over, Stokes immediately went for a reverse sweep and the fielder took a stunner at the backward point as Yadav completed his 5-wicket haul. Siddarth Kau dived to his left to intercept as Stokes loses patience and takes the aerial route in his improvisation.
